1. Model 1799.

   Flintlock cavalry pistol with 8½ inch barrel. Brass box body based on French M1777. Body marked NORTH & CHENEY, BERLIN. The first US primary Martial.

   Length of miniature 5 inches:  £2,000

2. Model 1805.

   Flintlock cavalry pistol, barrel 10 inches, flat lockplate marked with date, HARPERS FERRY and US eagle, flat ring neck cock, half stocked with iron rib, brass furniture, long eared butt cap. Arguably the most attractive US Martial.

   Length of miniature nearly 5½ inches:  £2,000

3. Model 1811.

   Flintlock cavalry pistol, barrel 8½ inches.  French style lock marked S. NORTH, BERLIN, CON and the eagle over U. STATES.  Full stocked with pinned barrel, brass furniture.

4. Model 1816.

   Flintlock cavalry pistol, barrel 9 inches, French style lock marked with S. NORTH, MIDL^N CON and US eagle, half stocked with bifurcated barrel band, iron furniture.

5. Model 1819.

   Flintlock cavalry pistol, barrel 10 inches, French style bolted lock marked with NORTH, MIDD^LN CONN, US eagle and date, three quarter stocked with single barrel band, swivel ramrod, iron furniture.

6. Model 1836.

   Flintlock cavalry pistol, barrel 8½ inches, French style lock marked with US, R JOHNSON, MIDD^N CONN and date, half stocked with single barrel band, iron furniture, swivel ramrod, bird's head butt. The last US Martial flintlock.

7. Model 1842.

   Percussion cavalry pistol, barrel 8½ inches, flat lockplate marked with H ASTON & CO, MIDD^TN and date, rounded hammer, half stocked with single barrel band, brass furniture, swivel ramrod. Similar style to Model 1836.

8. Model 1842, Navy.

   Percussion pistol, barrel 6 inches, flat flush lockplate marked with N P AMES, SPRINGFIELD, MASS, USN, 1843, internal hammer, three quarter stocked with single barrel band, brass furniture, swivel ramrod, flat butt.

9. Model 1855.

   Percussion cavalry pistol-carbine, rifled barrel 12 inches, flat lockplate marked with US, SPRINGFIELD and date, with Maynard tape primer magazine marked with US eagle, three quarter stocked with single barrel band, brass furniture, swivel ramrod. Detachable shoulder stock.
